General Camp Information

WEBSITE HAS CHANGED- Our new website is woodlandrebels.co.uk

Leaving WildWise
Over the past decade we have grown from the humble beginnings of 2 adults helping me work with the 7 kids attending; to what we have today with over 25 adults on the staff team alone and over 55 kids as Tributes. In short we’ve outgrown WildWise and so have had to, very amicably, part company and take these camps out from under the WildWise umbrella. But we are forever grateful for this collaboration in hosting these camps  and for everything they’ve done over the last 10 years in supporting these camps to become what they have.

                                                                MOVING FORWARDS

So we are moving forwards under a new name and within a new organisation called Woodland Rebels. Nothing will change on the ground. It's the same team, the same ethos, the same beautiful site in Bristol and the same wonderful nature filled long summer days playing in the woods. Our new website is www.woodlandrebels.co.uk
. Even though we expect these camps will continue to be referred to as the Hunger Games and Mockingjay camps, we've changed the names of the camps to the Arena  and the Rebellion, though in essence they're exactly the same.

We hope to see you over on the Woodland Rebels website and back in the woods next summer. All the details are on the new website and at this time (January 29th 2025) there are still a handful of places left I believe on each camp. The dates are :

The Arena (previously the Hunger Games) : August 7-11
The Rebellion (previously the Mockingjay) : August 14-18

All the best Robin Bowman
